In the winter of 1991, a pregnant woman is found strangled on the side of the road. Evidence found on 2 other separate victims a year later will come from the same donor. But it is not until 2019 that the matches are discovered, and donor is hunted down. This is the case of the murders of Pamela McCall, Bitter Creek Betty, and the I-90 Jane Doe.
