I am personally beyond thrilled to have one of my favorite lifters @soucooksand_lifts appear as a guest speaker on our March.7th show. She is the inspiration that drove me to want to start competing in Strongman.
She hails from Yellowknife where she is a Personal Trainer for @anytimefitnessyk . On her very 1st Powerlifting competition in 2020 she got a Gold Medal and won π Best Overall Lifter as a HW! She also plays softball, volleyball and basketball! Shes an all-around athlete and owner of One Of Thai Food Truck. Coming close to 40 and she's fitasfuck and the nicest person you'd ever meet!
