In this second week of our Christmas series entitled Fear Not we are looking at how Joseph responded to the angel who told him of Christ's inpending birth.  How can this example of godliness help you you respond in the face of The Fear of What People Think of You?

This week we are beginning the Advent season.  This year our series is titled Fear Not.  Each week we will look at an instance when an angel appeared to a person connected to the Christmas story.  This week we will look at Mary's encounter with the angel Gabriel.  She was not held back by a common fear of Christ Followers - The fear of what God is asking of me.

This is the final message in our series Our Mission based on our new mission statement:  Serving Together to Reach Our World for Christ.  This week we are focusing our attention on the final two words For Christ.  Without those two words our mission statement could be adopted by any worldwide organization.  Christ makes all the difference in this world.
