The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) recently reported on their Facebook Page that the Panguil Bay Bridge Project which is now 89% complete is in danger of being delayed due to the Insufficient Funds. The Question here is how can the Administration of Bong Bong Marcos (BBM) allow such a Project to be delayed when it is almost complete?
