BREAKING: Corrective Services Minister Paul Papalia has announced they have removed Corrective Services Commissioner Mike Reynolds as the State Government attempts to stem the flood of controversy surrounding WA's prison system.

Mr Papalia refused to answer questions on whether or not former Commissioner Mike Reynolds has been removed from the department, yet confirmed what he called a "reset" in Corrective Services leadership.
