Hi! Welcome back to another episode of the podcast! Today we will be talking about EVIL DEAD RISE, the most recent addition to the fan-favourite horror franchise. Currently out in cinemas!
Welcome back! in this episode, I will be talking about my newest venture into the world of literature, my tour de force: beyond the constellations. A collection of poetry and short stories that had been conceived over the course of 2 years following the release of my debut book, among the stars, exploring the very emotions that make us human. In this episode, listen as I talk about the experience writing this book, how i approached it, and what this book means to me, with the usual accompanied existential crisis as I talk about the scary parts of growing up. This episode was completely spontaneous and unscripted, and was recorded past midnight, so get your snacks, and buckle in for a journey as we traverse through the human psyche. happy listening!
In this episode, we have one of my closest friends, and a fellow movie buff, Manish, joining me to talk about A24's latest feature film, Everything Everywhere All At Once, all while talking about how A24 is redefining cinema as a whole, and how they are one of the biggest and most promising companies in the film industry. Sit back and relax as we fanboy over Michelle Yeoh, A24, and question the lack of bagels in supermarkets, the bleak smallness of our existence, and also, Korean food. somehow. listen to us talk about everything, everywhere, all at once (the concept) (and also everything everywhere all at once (the film)). Enjoy.
In this very special episode, I interview one of my closest friends, Ximena Perez! Listen along for a witty, funny, and insightful conversation into the creative process for us as teenage writers. Opening up abut the creative process is not the easiest thing in the world, but it was amazing getting to have this conversation about how our processes work, and what writing means to us as whole. Happy Listening!
After a long hiatus for recovery, we are back with an episode: Jaw surgery: reviewed, where I review my experience going for jaw surgery (and the food that followed), and wittingly contemplate about the Human Experience (and an existential crisis) while talking about one of the most craziest time periods of the year. It has been a wild, wild ride, and I honestly miss podcasting so much, and I am so glad to be back. I hope you enjoy this episode! (Content Warning: I talk a lot about surgery in this episode, especially the procedure that I went through, very detailed. Listener discretion is advised.)
In this episode, we will be talking about one of my most favorite movies of all time, Hereditary, how it portrays a family tragedy so well. We are also going to be talking about how to deal and cope with a family tragedy, and how it can present itself in different ways. I really hope you enjoy this episode. Enjoy.
