They say safety is paramount.

Then why are we...

🚒 Running 2-person engines? 🚒 Running 3-person trucks? 🚒 Working massive overtime to serve citizens—then accused of "stealing" that same overtime pay? 🚒 Transporting contaminated gear in our POVs because nothing else is provided?

THEY COULD FIX THIS.

But they don't.

Paper Tiger Leaders only show concern when the cameras roll. When no one's watching? They take care of themselves.

TRANSLATION: Your safety isn't their priority. Their career is.

All while they make the mayor and council look good for the cameras.

Recruitment, retention, and turnover problems don't appear out of nowhere.
