PARBAR's B-side (cassette tape reference?) of the Pacific Rim Festival with a few men of @Hiva Katoa... We are joined with Tila Case, Noa Napoleon, and Niko Salazar of Hiva Katoa. In this short short clip we talk with the men briefly about the beginning of a new group, some goals, and taking on the new roles. The clip was short because the men were called off to dance, BUT none the less we got them on for a short clip. Back to the ParBar after Easter weekend. We hope all of you enjoyed the weekend with family and friends. With so much going on in the world we encourage everyone to spend more time with one another in good company and embrace those special moments. The ParBar didn't stop this week. We went mobile and did a tailgate style episode with our families, food, beer, and kids running around grabbing eggs (you can hear Jorden yelling lol).. We also had Tina Tiki Antoine come by our little tailgate Easter. Tiki shares a small pinch of stories about the music industry in the 90's and only what she can recall of meeting artist at the time and tosses a little fun shade lol... Uncle Mario (as all of us at the ParBar have known him as) has been around us for 15 or more years... So it's strange to realize this whole time you have been walking next to one of the baddest men on the planet when it comes to martial arts. Uncle Mario is a Filipino Martial Arts instructor here in San Diego and is currently teaching at Rawmana Fitness. Uncle Mario was inducted into the Masters Martial Arts Hall of Fame and is a recipient of their Lifetime Achievement Award......Listen in on the episode as we talk with Uncle Mario and begin to realize who Uncle Mario is behind the humbleness. WELLLLLLLLLLLLL we are back at the ParBar on a recovering and tired Sunday. Rich D recovering from bronchitis, Noel packing all week, Guam Jon nothing but work, and Vince T had his roof collapse...literally. The guys are just trying to relax, catch up with laughs, and end up with random Taotaomona stories and we jump into some comedy with trial and error of a medicine person or Surhunu/Suruhana (No disrespect). Also just so happened the oldest Master Suruhana 'Tan PI' passed away March 6, 2017. Rest in Peace and we send a thank you. Cheers and Shootz
