Paradigm Therapy Services is located at 1102 Cloquet Avenue, owned by Saprina  Mathney, and opened in July 2019  in the previous Goodwill location. Saprina is joined in practice by nine therapists and two support staff.  

Their experience enables them to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. Their patient promise and goal are to help people grow from struggles, heal from pain, and move forward to where they want to be in life. 

Paradigm Therapy is a community-oriented mental health resource providing services for trauma, abuse, grief, depression, anxiety & other mood disorders, family conflict and couples counseling, behavioral or attention issues, offending behavior, significant mental health issues such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Psychotherapy services include trauma assessments, school-based therapy, diagnostic assessments, and individual, family, and group.  

They also offer court or social service ordered/referred services such as trauma assessments, threat and risk assessments, chemical health assessments, anger management groups (meeting MN statute), parenting education for individuals and groups, co-parenting therapy, psychosexual assessments, custody evaluations, and parenting time expediting.

Paradigm is in-network with various insurance providers.
