What is the duty of a Christian husband? Simply put... To build up his wife in the love of Christ. His duty in the marriage is one of great significance and importance. As the head of his wife, he has the high calling to imitate Christ in His love of the church. The husband’s responsibility is to put his wife above all others and to lead her in love and a spirit of gentleness. He is to help her love God and Christ Jesus more by having loving care and leadership in the marriage.

In today's culture, the word "submit" is a negative word. In our passage today Paul writes "Wives, submit to your husbands as to the Lord" - what did he mean and how does it apply to us today?

What does it mean to WALK a SPIRIT-FILLED LIFE? To walk in the Spirit means that we yield to His control, we follow His lead, and we allow Him to apply His influence over us. How are you doing in that area?

Be careful how you walk. Make the most of your time. Don't be foolish. It is that simple. As they say in the Mandalorian, "THIS IS THE WAY." Walk this way. Walk Worthy.

Come as you. Be changed. Go change the world. Christianity should make a difference. In Christianity, we are made new people. Repentance, faith, and the power of the Holy Spirit turn us around. We are set in a new direction, and our lifestyle should reflect that new direction. Does yours?

Ephesians 4:7-16 - The diversity of gifts and talents being used for the glory of God and the building up of His Church.

At the beginning of chapter 4 a shift takes place in the book of Ephesians. Paul moves from the "Spiritual riches" a believer has in Christ to our "Spiritual response" - He challenges the church to "Walk Worthy" - but that does that mean? Let's look at Ephesians 4:1-6 as we kick off the back half of the book of Ephesians.
