There is great leadership development strategy of “I do – you watch – we talk” to “I do – you help – we talk” to “you do – I help – we talk” to “you do – I watch – we talk” and finally – “you do while someone else watches”

Biblically speaking, it is a part of the process we call discipleship… where a teacher teaches to a point where the student is able to out on their own and do – as well as teach others. As we see in Matthew 10, it is what Jesus did as he prepares us and then sends us out.

The greatest need of all humanity is the forgiveness of our sins. Jesus provides for that need by defeating death on the cross. Do you know that? If so, who have you told about it?

Matthew 9:13 - Go and learn what this means: I desire mercy and not sacrifice. For I didn’t come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

Matthew 9:36-38 - When he saw the crowds, he felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dejected, like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.”
