Studies have shown that the majority of heart attacks begin on Mondays. Many people are extremely stressed out regarding there work or businesses. Most significantly, covid has brought to light how frontline workers are most vulnerable to tragedy and hardships. This episode covers questions like ," What is generational wealth? How can one be born into poverty? Why is education so important?" Knowledge is power and many communities of color have been denied education and equal opportunities. During slavery, a slave would indeed be murdered if they were caught reading. The slave master understood the power of words and how slaves would realize that they were human just like everyone else. More importantly, they would want to be set free. Frontline workers today in many ways represent a failed disportionate system that leaves individuals working under harsh conditions with very little pay and breathing room in their lives. We find that there are those like my 64 year old father that work 65 hours a week at a construction site just to survive in Colorado. Reparation have not happened yet we are still trying to figure out solutions. Reparations were put in place as a way to generate generational wealth yet this never happened for black people. I want to encourage any community of color to explore entrepreneurship. Everyone has a gift to share with the world. It's never to late to start fresh. In fact, the boomer generation are heading into their 3rd career and are living longer. Don't leave this world without having tried to pursue your dreams. Pass them to new generations. Be encouraged, your Ancestors are the Answers. They have overcome hardships beyond what we can imagine and found glory in kindness, humility, and dignity. Slaves are depicted as ignorant, dirty, animals without having knowledge of self. This is why the younger generation are ashamed of their past. If you only knew the truth of the royal Dynasty inside of you. Many of you are still struggling with similar issues as your ancestors. You will not be set free until you find the answers within.

Have you ever wondered why a dog is considered a man's best friend? This episode reveals how dogs have been trained to be loyal...even if the owner is doing wrong. There is a culture of privilege and owning a pet. If you don't know the truth, you are doomed to ignorance. Many do not like discussing slavery. We will take a look at the present and how we find many people of color are haunted by generations of police brutality and the use of dogs.

This topic is uncomfortable for folks that like to forget about recent history. I've come to bring the thunder, the pain, and the rain. Free your mind from lies.

Have you ever witnessed a child that was so unruly and never received discipline? They tell their parents to shut up and go to he'll. This attitude is the onset of privileged attitudes that run many corporations. When a person grows up with an attitude that lacks humility, and given wealth and access without actually working hard for it, it causes the decay communities and families around them. Secondly, Many privileged people buy pets to look good and to fit into a certain status symbol. There are people that will take better care of their pet their neighbor across the street. Many people who are not privileged are looking to break free from poverty and to live a better life. The fall of corporations that suffocate their employees through ill treatment, apathy, and lack of cultural development will lead to a rise in more entrepreneurs. It is time to take a look the attitudes of snuffy wuffyies that own the world's wealth. We have a number of new people that have relocated to Colorado including businesses. Some are bringing the dank culture they escaped and contributing to the problem. This podcast aims to uncover many hardships people are experiencing from the rule of Privileged Individuals and corporations they "run".

When I examine my journey in breaking through the Pet Industry, I am reminded of the lingering subconscious thoughts of people who believe Black people are animals. This discussion brings to light the real atrocities that took place on the plantation for young slave girls. My ancestors came to me in a dream and asked that I share this story and to reveal the truth that the world would rather ignore. The relationships between Mistress and the young slave girls is also examined and brings to light the disharmony between black and white women which stems from slavery. Additionally, black slave girls since in the inception of slavery, were taught to be self sacrificing caregivers. This segment details the objectification of Black women's bodies and the misleading perception around the world that Black women are nasty, hoars, jezebel, demons, harlots, unworthy of love, single parents, and the vengeful angry Black woman. As we begin to identify important signifiers that have oppressed Black women, we must examine how slavery impacted the marriages between master and his mistress. I speak about retaliation and crimes against black slave children. In order to heal as a nation, we can't sugar coat sodomy and other terrible crimes inflicted upon slave children in general. The psychological effects from torture, systematic racism, and the subjugation of a nation has yet to be fully spoken about without backlash. This segment is not for the faint at heart. I once had a friend tell me that no one cares about what I have to say. If I have to listen to violence,ignorance, and hatred on a daily basis, then speaking on real truth is what real people want. I have been battling why I am met with scrutiny when it comes to my products for pets. This experience has caused me to go back into time and understand the racial climate then and now. The truth is, Black people in general are viewed as scary, violent, sexual, ignorant beings by many people. These thoughts are suppressed and unearthed when it comes to doing business, promoting people of color, or giving us what we need to Not feel like we are living as animals. I speak about topics related to pets that most people are too afraid to unearth. Doing Business in Colorado is difficult because you do not see black people in the Pet Industry. The truth is, the pet Industry is a coveted Industry that is dominated by the white elite. I have received pushback from store owners that love taking my samples but do not want to do business with me. I am a consultant for Denver International Airport and served as as Placement Coordinator helping entrepreneurs to scale their business. This podcast does not sugar coat racism, contracts being awarded, the culture of perverted pet Parents, etc... I am physically sick since yesterday because of a mounting of stress and racist buyers. Many people are ashamed of their hair if it is curly will blow dry their hair to remove curls. There is correlation between race, access to markets, and a glass ceiling when it comes to sku placement. From dry coat, paw licking, etc...Pet need help with their coat. If you hold racist stereotypes, you will never hydrate their coat because you can't relate to your pet.

Mogray passed away in 2015 and lived for 18 years. He was a special needs cat with severe allergies. I also share my dreams about lost spirits and how animals suffer from sexual abuse on farms. I am a business coach that helps entrepreneurs scale their business to the next level. While doing so, I have to grow my business by attending events. It never dawned on me how many entrepreneurs of color suffer in silence as they are disrespected at events. I had an encounter recently that propelled me to launching this podcast. If I can do anything to support our entrepreneurs by exposing this, it will help communities of color.
