I am a Story Teller...that has endured hardships. I listen to the incredible stories of resilience and I am motivated to make a difference in the world and how we treat others. I have asked myself, " How do you teach people not to be racist?" A person can get a PHD in anthropology or sociology and holds racist views...EDI is a necessary tool that is designed to regenerate new ways of thinking for our new world. Change is on the horizon for forgotten communities, frontline workers, bold leaders for the greater good, and for youth. Unfortunately, there are many who have been afraid of equality, diversity, and inclusion. They literally hold these thoughts. In each podcast if you have tuned in....(much different than reading a blog), you will gain clarity. This old way of thinking is leading to a revolution of Entrepreneurs, Collaboration, and Creativity for communities robbed of opportunities. I have endured challenges throughout my life pertaining to racist thoughts and things people say indirectly. I am not alone. Adding humor to a sticky topic is my way of educating people. I wanted to go film school initially at Howard University but my life turned into business impact for entrepreneurs. Now I find myself, a voice of the community to shed light, laugh a little, and strive to find common ground. The characters in this series evolves around Jennieeee and her narrow way of thinking as she moves to Downtown Denver. She is from another city where she lived high on the hill. She has unstable relationships due to her stuffy way of thinking. There are friends that also challenge her way of thinking. She has a serious problem with black women and stereotypes about people of color. These things are difficult to speak about for people. Additionally, Jennieeee's parents, Jim and Kate are having marital issues. They are growing a part. Jennieeee is realizing The Change and that it's Coming Soon. EDI is very important and this is a unique way to approach a controversial topic.

Have you ever met someone that family stopped talking to because they became friends with a black person? Jennieeee represents people that exist among us who old ways of thinking. Not everyone is racist and people want to see a change. I have experienced some of Jennieeee's stereotypes and hatred. I want the world to be a better place. Since it causes people to get uncomfortable talking about these topics, I believe humor can help people get to the heart of the matter. How many of you know someone like Brad? Covid has caused the world to see what problems exist within our economic ecosystem and way of life. There are stories of how people of color are treated like carriers of diseases. Yes even during a hybrid setting. My intentions are to share the importance of EDI work. This episode will dive into real occurrences and mindsets spoken by people directly or indirectly. Standing by and saying nothing is taking a step back into time. The characters in each episode are symbolic of mindsets that govern and run corporations. People want the truth. Children often receive messages from the otherside. Parents ignore their children time and time again. This skit is based on true stories that exist today. Animals are very sensitive to spiritual energy. They will confirm what we are feeling. Call of My Ancestors is a true call to share stories that are occurring in secret within households. This podcast is dedicated to the numerous families that have been uprooted from Colorado. More specifically, there are only 4% of Black people that live in Colorado. Colorado Ranks number #11 for the wealthiest state in the United States. The wealth gap is climbing, and many people feel displaced and unappreciated after they have worked so hard for companies...only to be let go. I am beginning to wonder where our state is headed if we lack equity, diversity, and inclusion in our frameworks. Unscrupulous actions will lead to higher crime rates and disportionate access to resources for businesses owners. Horses have been used in bets for centuries. What we do not often here are the stories when they lose their lives over greed. This story is based on a dream I had and actual experiences that occur often. Many people speak about having seen Phantom Horses with red eyes. This occurs when a horse has died tragically or suddenly. Additionally, I share my story of my cat Mogray who died in 2013 and the recent experience I encountered a few weeks ago. Animals are more than we realize and want their stories heard. I have more stories from the otherside. Learning and remembering the lives of others enables us to continue finding the answers to life's complex questions. Greed is an evil seed that must be uprooted.

Studies have shown that the majority of heart attacks begin on Mondays. Many people are extremely stressed out regarding there work or businesses. Most significantly, covid has brought to light how frontline workers are most vulnerable to tragedy and hardships. This episode covers questions like ," What is generational wealth? How can one be born into poverty? Why is education so important?" Knowledge is power and many communities of color have been denied education and equal opportunities. During slavery, a slave would indeed be murdered if they were caught reading. The slave master understood the power of words and how slaves would realize that they were human just like everyone else. More importantly, they would want to be set free. Frontline workers today in many ways represent a failed disportionate system that leaves individuals working under harsh conditions with very little pay and breathing room in their lives. We find that there are those like my 64 year old father that work 65 hours a week at a construction site just to survive in Colorado. Reparation have not happened yet we are still trying to figure out solutions. Reparations were put in place as a way to generate generational wealth yet this never happened for black people. I want to encourage any community of color to explore entrepreneurship. Everyone has a gift to share with the world. It's never to late to start fresh. In fact, the boomer generation are heading into their 3rd career and are living longer. Don't leave this world without having tried to pursue your dreams. Pass them to new generations. Be encouraged, your Ancestors are the Answers. They have overcome hardships beyond what we can imagine and found glory in kindness, humility, and dignity. Slaves are depicted as ignorant, dirty, animals without having knowledge of self. This is why the younger generation are ashamed of their past. If you only knew the truth of the royal Dynasty inside of you. Many of you are still struggling with similar issues as your ancestors. You will not be set free until you find the answers within.
