Trigger warning.  Mentions of SA, SV, traumatic events.    I'm usually good with rolling with the punches.  Today started and ended painfully, in vastly different ways. I didn't know who to turn to (my closest peeps are dealing with their own crap right now, so I won't add to it) and it occurred to me that I have you guys. Many can relate and some can empathize.
