What decision can you make when local communities refuse to accept that you have a right to be at the table when decisions are made and decisions are made as to how allocations use to challenge opportunities for enrichment in the future and who gets the benefit well you only know what you know and a hard head makes a soft ass every day!

What are you doing to solidify your citizenship? How are you operating in your local community how many children three years old will be ready to enter into the early start program in your city town or state.
