In November of 2021, YouTube declared they would be making a concentrated effort to minimize the hyper consumerism and low quality content found on their kids app. This is a shock to us given Wolfoo and Ryan’s World are still highly regarded by the app’s algorithm. At the time, the tone of the podcast was headed in a much more serious direction than what Andy and I wanted for Parent Shyyyt. From this episode, our podcast was born.
