This week I am joined by my friend Sadia Waheed.  Sadia is a disability advocate, mom of two children with Down Syndrome, and so much more. She has her dual degree in microbiology + education and is the homemaker for her family. Sadia enjoys being outdoors and exercising and finding new / creative ways to engage with the community she has built called Upping the Downs Game on Instagram.
