During this special episode, parenting coaches Dr. Scott Turansky and Elena Zwetsloot are talking about Visioning and why it is such a crucial tool in parenting.
You never know what will bring about change in a child’s heart. Visioning answers the question, “Why?” Many kids are able to change their hearts because they catch a vision for the benefit of change. Even if the change is slower and takes long, visioning keeps parenting positive.

How do you define strengths and weaknesses? Here is what they mean to me.
Strengths are activities that I LOVE doing, that give me energy and I look forward to. Such as writing and coaching. They make me feel confident and strong.
Weaknesses are activities that I can excel at, yet dread to do them. For example, I am very good at Project Management but I take no enjoyment or energy from it.
Every few years I take the Gallup strengthsfinder assessment and every time their result resonates a lot with my own findings. Here are my top 5 strengths: Strategic, Learner, Intellection, Empathy, and responsibility.
What are your strengths?
My guest Sascha Fogel knows all about how to find and use your strengths. She built her career on capabilities that came naturally to her and skills she learned along the way - and over time she refined it to focus on the things she loved and gave her power.
Sascha is danish and she currently lives in Amsterdam with her family and in this episode, she shares how she rolled into her first job in sales, how she created her first internship in NY and what took her from teaching, to coaching and to sales enablement.
Sascha’s story is inspiring and a powerful testimony to how self-awareness, drive and ambition are crucial when using your strengths and skills to build up a fulfilling career.

Have you heard of leapfrog skills? They are skills that are acting like levers – a small amount of input can generate a big outcome. Coaching is one of those skills. It is a skill you need whether you are leading a company, a small team or you are simply an individual contributor.
In both life and work, the success of an individual can depend heavily on when and how they are guided, mentored or coached. The key is to know how to adjust your words and message based on the specific context, situation and person.
It might sound like an easy skill, but it is harder said than done. As a successful woman in sales Pascale Hall knows a lot about how important coaching is. Knowing what good looks like and then coaching your sales team to it, can be the difference between winning and losing.
In this episode shares about starting her sales career and some of the skills, she learned that helped her succeed, such as: not jumping to conclusions especially when working with different types of people, constantly learning and adjusting to your environment.
If you are looking to improve your own sales skills, I have a great offer for you. I will be running a short and powerful live training course to show you what to do to be a better coach, mentor and leader. If you are interested to participate, send an email to [email protected]. Imagine this:
You are running a marathon. You must be at the start line at 6 am in the morning and when you get there, there is just one person standing behind an empty table. They seem to be there as the organizers, not one of the runners. You approach them.
I have spent the past few years of my career working in sales-related roles and I realized how crucial it is to have a goal, a vision, a strategy, a plan...
It is like guessing. But it doesn't have to be this way.
Without knowing your destination, how can you plan and measure your decisions and activities? This is a big loss for every business and sales team.
The challenge is that hiring a Sales Enablement manager won’t guarantee that your sales team will achieve the desired results. There are a few reasons for this - but the main one is deploying Sales Enablement initiatives that have vague objectives and not closely linked with the outcomes of the organisation as a whole.
This is why in the past few years I spend a lot of time understanding business strategy and how it can be applied in Sales and Sales Enablement.
The strategy of your business is the spine that runs throughout most of the activities you are doing, such as how you:
