I get asked so many times about doing an episode on parenting, how to handle toddlers, tantrums and meltdowns. So many parents feel so overwhelmed and powerless in the choices they are making as it pertains to parenting and I'm hoping that this episode will bring to your attention a new way to look at this very BIG picture. I was introduced to "Conscious Parenting" a little while back but only recently started to deep dive into the practices of this teaching. This topic is so huge that we barely got to cover all the aspects we wanted to. You can be sure there will be many more episodes on this topic and on parenting in general.

 

We are trying to create a community that fosters honesty and vulnerability without judgement and we hope you not only learn from our honesty and vulnerability but also feel inspired to share some of that in your own lives.
