We appreciate all the work that goes into pandemic protection cleaning and hygiene practices. But we've noticed that sometimes, a little flaw in the system kind of defeats the whole purpose.

On this week's entertainment-themed Round 2: World of Dance wrapped up with a second set of semi-finals and then a fizzle of a finale (partly thanks to the pending pandemic, but also, the performances peaked in the semi-finals and fell flat in the finals).

On Veronica Mars, we finally get an episode about moms instead of dads (including one surprise mom-to-be at the ending). But the best thing about "My Mother, the Fiend" was the renewed alliance between Logan and Weevil. Next: We'll watch the next two episodes from season 2, "One Angry Veronica" and "Donut Run."

We talk about an Illinois school district that made the news for banning pajamas during remote schoolwork. While we agree that respect and routine are both important, doesn't everybody have bigger fish to fry here?
