Just two episodes ago we talked about finding our "happy", but when life feels really hard, whether that's in our personal lives or beyond, finding happy isn't even on our radar. We can get caught up in all of the difficulties and it can feel like the only way to find bliss IS in ignorance or denial of our reality. 

One place I KNOW you can find your "happy" is on vacation. And always remember, "You can't get pregnant at sea"
