Courtney and J, the hosts of “In it Together”, explore Self-Improvement and Mental Health from a couple’s perspective. Courtney, a retired trauma counselor, with 18 years in the field, brings her professional experience along with her personal journey with childhood trauma. J brings a keen sense of direction and a knack for analyzing. Together for 17 years, they’ve experienced many ups and downs and throughout that time found ways to work through their struggles as a couple and individually.
