I woke up with ya'll on my mind since I didn't get to record yesterday on my scheduled day. So I woke up and just spoke what was on my mind. Discussed a little about my feelings with my second opinion from the neurologist.

I am covering almost everything underneath the sink, literally lol. Parenting is so broad, along with mental illness; it’s an even more enormous ocean of possibilities. I will talk about anything else my lovely brain takes me to, lol.

I cover how parenting, mental illness, and triggers alone can be some heavy topics and situations that can cause damage or trauma. Now imagine more than one in a household.

I touched on some memories that the call triggered. I don't understand why people have to work with mental health or anyone with needs if they have no empathy. Saying you have a heart versus verbally or physically showing it are two different things. I talk about some reasons I have no contact with the woman who gave birth to me. I had to call SSI more than once, causing stress, and in the second call, I was triggered. I covered how I handled the call and what steps helped me today. During the recording, I also have a panic attack. I talk myself down while recording. I hope this helps anyone.

I woke up feeling emotionally stressed today. I decided to dump it out to have a productive day completing my mini-course. I have to make sure I keep my mental health stable by any means necessary.

Should you be parenting while triggered? What if you don't notice until after your already parenting? There are so many questions and scenarios that can play a part. What matters is if you proceed knowing that you are triggered/stressed or frustrated.
