Discussing anything that pops up on my mind.

I kind of want to make sure that you guys have a little understanding of certain things. So I’m explaining a little backstory but if you’re interested in knowing some more please email me @ [email protected] and I’m glad to pop in some stories/episodes that will respond back to your emails.

In this episode, I am introducing my children and me. I cover a little bit of all our conditions and a little bit about why I created this page. My situation is unique since normally it’s either the parent has mental health issues or the child but not both. These are the trials and tribulations that I’ve learned from and I’m hoping to help others with. Hoping to create a support group of family so we can help each other and bring awareness to something that I feel is very important and I’m passionate about. Mental health issues, mental health awareness, mental health living that’s all parenting so on and so on.
