He volunteers as an Enterprise Advisor, partnering with local schools to further their career offerings, as well as Board member and Chair of Trustees for a charity in the Northeast of England supporting young people.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with family at his caravan in the Scottish Borders, walking, kayaking, and watching the night sky.
