The first half of the hour Dan continues with his 1st topic of the night:

In their infinite wisdom, the Boston School Department decided to eliminate the entrance test from three of the area's prestigious exam schools in an effort to increase the number of Black and Latino students who were accepted. Parents of White and Asian students who are applying to the school, under the name of the Boston Parent Coalition for Academic Excellence, say this is unfair and are suing to stop the practice. Two members of the group join Dan to discuss the situation.

The second half of the hour Dan dives into his second topic of the evening which is how Dr. Seuss Enterprises made the decision to stop publishing 6 of the author's children's books.
