San Miguel Corporation (SMC) President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ramon Ang created a stir when it led the groundbreaking for the construction of a 19-kilometer elevated expressway along the Pasig River from Manila Bay to Laguna Bay.

Many laud the project on its potential to help alleviate the traffic congestion along the East-West corridor of Metro Manila, promising benefits to the residents of Rizal Province.  But there were some opposition to the said project.
