There are new laws that will change whether or not someone can sell, rent, or raise the rent on an apartment. These laws are all related to energy efficiency. You know when you purchase appliances, and you see they all have energy rating - A, B, C, D, E…? Well, remember it this way - if you are an F, you FAIL!
