Because everything we see in the political realm is theater, when one pays attention obvious patterns soon emerge. When a new level of control is undertaken, the first people targeted will always be those who are the least sympathetic. Of course history demonstrates that it never stops there but that doesn’t stop people from cheering it on and yet turning around and being shocked when the new standard is applied to them.

In the Christian specific segment this week, Grandpa Dan discusses how it is not enough that we live under a system of absolute control. With a little bit of scrutiny it becomes rather apparent that they also wish to control your free will. While people will claim to cherish the idea of having their own free will, the truth is that most are actually looking to hand it off to someone else as they view this as absolving themselves of all responsibility for their decisions.
