There is no shortage of people ready to proclaim their love for “our democracy”. From the media to politicians to even many in the general public, it is considered the correct position to love, cherish and defend “our democracy”. Yet in the U.S. every four years, the people are motivated to go out and vote not for some boring administrator (the official role of the President under this so-called democracy) but instead they passionately vote for what they perceive to be their next king. This reflects the reality that despite all of the propaganda and conditioning meant to deify “our democracy”, what the people really yearn for is a king.

In the Christian specific segment this week, we’ll discuss one of the ways in which we have arrived where we are as a society. While Satan is clever in the way he dresses up his lies, for the most part he pretty much recycles the same lies over and over again. Anytime you start believing that God has come up short in some area and it is up to you to correct it, you are on the road to damnation.
