  • October 16, 2022 | A Recipe for Revival
How many of us believers were once "tuned in" to the Spirit of God, we could hear God speaking in our lives. We were excited about Jesus and serving him, but after a time God has grown silent, we no longer hear God. We no longer find joy in our salvation, we no longer hear God’s Spirit speaking. There is still hope, however.
Join us this week as Pastor David preaches on A Recipe for Revival. A way we can come back to God.

  • September 25, 2022 | Filled with the Knowledge of God
In today's world, we are praised for having "street smarts." For knowing how to handle ourselves in certain situations. For being able to survive in the world we live in. While that's all well and good, that behavior we display, must be reflective of God. How do we know, however, if our behavior is, indeed, reflective of our creator?
Join us this week as Pastor David preaches a sermon on being Filled with the Knowledge of God. Our scripture this week is out of Colossians 1 verses 9-11. You don't want to be left sitting with the dunces cap after this message, so don't miss it!

  • September 18, 2022 | Worthy of Imitation
In all walks of life there are role models, good and bad. Did you know, however, that there is just one that is truly worthy of imitation, truly worthy of being a role model? That one is Jesus Christ and as we grow closer to him, we grow more and more into role models for others, pointing them back to our savior.
Join us this week as Pastor David talks about this, Worthy of Imitation, out of 1 Thessalonians. An excellent message that is well worth a listen.

  • September 11, 2022 | Lessons Learned From 9/11
21 years ago our nation encountered tragedy. We were attacked on our own soil. At the time, we rallied around a singular cause, but we've gotten away from that since. What would we do today if this happened again? What do we do if we're attacked spiritually? How do we respond?
Pastor David speaks on this with "Lessons Learned from 9/11." You don't want to miss this sermon.

  • September 4, 2022 | Your Labor Matters
It is Labor Day weekend! That means cookouts, BBQ, and a day off of work, right? Well what if we told you that the reason we get Labor Day is as a celebration of and reprieve from the labor that we give man? What would happen to this world if we were to work as if we were working for God and not for man?
Join us this week as Pastor David talks about this. We learn this week what it really means to accomplish this task, working for God and not for man. You don't want to miss it.

  • August 28, 2022 | Winning the Spiritual War
If we were to ask Paul what he was fighting for and why he was so devoted to the battle and the cost that he had to pay, what was worth such an effort, he would likely tell us: “I fought for the truth of God, I fought for the honor of Christ, I fought for the redemption of sinners, and I fought for the benefit of saints.”
We should live our lives as soldiers for the cause of Christ, fighting, like Paul, for the truth of God and the honor of Christ. Fighting to show the world what it means to be a Christian. Pastor David speaks on that very thing this week with a sermon out of 2 Corinthians, don't miss it.

  • August 21, 2022 | What’s Love Got to Do With It?
J.L. Packard once wrote, "The Greek word agape love seems to be virtually a Christian invention -- a new word for a new thing. It is almost non-existent before the New Testament. Agape draws its meaning directly from the revelation of God in Christ. It is not a form of natural affection, but a supernatural fruit that comes from the Holy Spirit. It is a matter of the will rather than a feeling for Christians must love even those they dislike. It is the basic element in Christ-likeness."
We go around life as humans saying, we love this, or we love that, but what does that really mean? Is there more to it than we make it out to be? Pastor David speaks on that this week with, "What's Love Got to Do With It?"

  • August 14, 2022 | Overcoming Discouragement
We all feel discouraged at some point or another. The question is, what do we do when we hit that moment? Do we decide to just feel down and wallow in self pity, or do we cry out to God and say, "Lord, help me!"
This week, Pastor David preaches on Overcoming Discouragement. You don't want to miss this one!

  • August 7, 2022 | Hunger for God
C.S. Lewis once said, “Our Lord finds our desires for Him not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition, when infinite joy is offered to us. We are like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies while living in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We too often settle for less and are far too easily pleased.”
Love for God, and His Word are solid indicators of a person's salvation. Pastor David talks about that this week with his sermon, "Hunger for God".
