It has been a long hiatus but with Premier League football just around the corner, we are crawling out of our caves, glimpsing the sunlight and returning for what I believe will be classic season of football.

This week we watched Liverpool dismantle an Everton side that has not found a win since September and has taken only 2 points from the last 24 available.
Poor performances on the pitch and a seeming lack of long-term vision have created a dissonance between the fans, the player the board and the management and we are seeing this bubble over
After the derby fans confronted the players on the pitch and shouted at members of the board as they left the stadium.
What we want to look at today is how things got so bad, and how this once great club can move forward.
