This episode I had my co-host Tania with me and our guest was Lingo from "Level Hearted Podcast". Recently my co-host Tania had some personal things going on that was affecting her over all mental state. Instead of just sitting back and pretending like I didn't notice the change I addressed her about it. To help me I had Lingo who is very familiar with certain aspects of psychology give some tips on staying strong mentally when life is getting the best of you.

This episode we talked about the term, "Nice guys finish last". This basically means that good guys always end up hurt from being too nice or women tend to take advantage of them.
