Last week we talk about mental health and how there is a bit of a stigma around it. This week, we decided to discuss how to combat bad mental health days with a little bit of self care. We talked about what self-care is and how it can be beneficial to bring down your stress levels. Self-care is very important although sometimes can seem selfish or not even necessary, but in reality it is a good way to wind down from the stresses of the week. In this episode we also talked about spiritual self-care and what that could look like. Just like everyone's self-care routine may be a different so is their faith journey and spiritual self-care.
