我們這個禮拜將繼續採訪 one Star Technology 的Kara Atchison一個正港的女強人，我問了 Kara 關於她家人包括老公跟小孩子們對於他在台灣居住以及創業的看法。另外也請Kara跟我們一起分享她在台灣生活這麼久（包括自己開公司所遇到覺得困難）可以改進的事情。老師説，我真的很喜歡跟這種很講話很溫柔，很理性的人討論問題 。因為跟像那一種喜歡用很負面的方式抱怨事情比較的話，跟Kara這種人 你反倒會覺得很享受理性的人又很溫柔的聲音和態度去解釋她的每個感想。而且跟這種人講話最舒服的一件事情就是在討論的結果永遠會有一個正面的解決方式提案！We all need a Kara in our lives!

Ready for our part 2 interview with Kara Atchison from Lone Star Technology? I really enjoyed this second part of our chat since we got to talk about some of the issues that I've been wanting to address on the show. I love how I was able to have a nice discussion with her talking about the different problems the ex-pat communities face living in Taiwan. Someone people when "discuss" problems, it feels like they are complaining and full of negativity! *never feels good after walking out of that kind of chat, isn't it? But with someone so calm and assertive like Kara, it just feels so nice and easy and she breaks down every little thing and explains her feelings. This is the way to find a solution to real problems! By actually trying to do something about it, whether you succeed or not at first!
