She discusses the long-term health benefits of veganism, how to stay on track with healthy eating, and why we need to approach fitness from a place of kindness not punishment. Holly and Ella also cover fasting, self love, the emotional side of veganism, giving up addictive foods like sugar and cheese, eating whole foods and how Ella maintains THOSE abs!
