Because we're acutely aware that racism and systemic injustice are not abstract concepts—they're real, and their impact on us as Black and Brown women is undeniable.

But here's the thing: we don't have to resign ourselves to this fate. Action can be taken, and it can bring immediate benefits to our lives while also creating a better path for future generations. Especially in the workplace.
