Welcome to Hello Trauma Brain. A podcast where I share my experience living with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and what I am doing to heal and get better.
In this episode, Raysa continues her first illustration using a TV show and she reflects on how the shows The Bear and Adolescence captured her main abusers. In Part 2, Raysa shares her experience to the reactions to these shows and focuses on how Donna Berzatto from The Bear (a character played by Emmy Award Winner Jamie Lee Curtis), Jamie and Eddie from Adolescence (played by Owen Cooper and Stephen Graham) are very similar to her main abusers.
