Do you need to prepare your mind when implementing a diet, nutrition and fitness plan?   How important is the mental side of a balanced fitness plan.  Mark Kavinsky, owner of Skullfitness and champion bodybuilder shares that training the mind is critical for a successful fitness plan.  

Mark shares that unrealistice expectations are often reasons people fail in their diet, nutrition and fitness programs.  Mark talks about not starting too hard or too fast which often leads to not being able to maintain that level and thus causing people to stop.  He talks about the importance of having an accountability partner and the positive impact that has on our diet, nutrition and fitness plans.
