Part 1 of this podcast series will cover a basic understanding of our mind, with an emphasis on diverting our mind to positive emotions. This basic understanding will give you the right perspective and create a solid foundation in your thinking. This knowledge will also enable you with a strong foundation, which will assist you with the practice defined in every chapter.

This episode will cover how to develop a robust sub-conscious mind. One-eighth of our mind is the conscious mind, and the remaining seven-eighths is the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind does not understand positive or negative emotions. It only understands deep and shallow emotions. Our subconscious mind is engineered like this: wherever it perceives deep emotions, it believes that you want more and more in your life. It will understand that recurrence is what you are seeking. So, it is important to train our subconscious mind in the direction of deep and positive emotions.
