Part I of this podcast series has covered a basic understanding of our mind, with an emphasis on life’s essential facts. We have now understood how to build self-belief, grow a healthier subconscious mind, develop the courage to face any situation and finally build solid self-confidence and self-esteem.
Part II of this podcast series uses these foundational qualities to cultivate consistent habits. These habits are not difficult to follow but it takes a decent amount of willpower, determination, interest, discipline, and sincerity to develop a new habit. But this is entirely in our control. If you want to add a good habit to your life, you must focus on doing it daily. When you practice a habit regularly, it becomes a part of your everyday routine. The key to victory is maintaining consistency.
Part III of this podcast series uses all the previous episodes' learnings and describes the habits that will alleviate stress and help you face any challenging situation. These habits will help you to look at any problem differently and will change your perspective. It also talks about the definition of success and will throw light on how to define success and be successful.
This chapter will describe how to handle stress. What we have to realize is that times of stress are also times for growth. If we use adversity properly, we can grow through adversity. Stress is something that we can’t avoid in life. Remember, we saw in chapter 4 that there is no such thing as an easy life. Life is filled with stressful moments and they can be tackled by managing stress.
