Part I of this podcast series has covered a basic understanding of our mind, with an emphasis on life’s essential facts. We have now understood how to build self-belief, grow a healthier subconscious mind, develop the courage to face any situation and finally build solid self-confidence and self-esteem.
Part II of this podcast series uses these foundational qualities to cultivate consistent habits. These habits are not difficult to follow but it takes a decent amount of willpower, determination, interest, discipline, and sincerity to develop a new habit. But this is entirely in our control. If you want to add a good habit to your life, you must focus on doing it daily. When you practice a habit regularly, it becomes a part of your everyday routine. The key to victory is maintaining consistency.
From a king to a pauper, from the busiest person to the laziest person, second to second, minute to minute, and hour to hour, everyone has the same time on hand. All of us have 24 hours a day. But how we use our time is different. Time management is not about tools. It is about self-discipline. There is a need for an attitudinal shift in the person who uses time. Without this change, nothing is going to change. Time management is not a skill, it is an attitude.
You should first understand "that on which you invest your time, grows and that on which you starve your time, shrinks". How do you manage your time? You have to bring discipline into your life, time for everything and everything in its time. There has to be absolute clarity on this.
