This knowledge will also enable you with self-confidence, which will assist you with the practice defined in every chapter.

This episode will cover how to face life's realities in life. The fitness trainer challenges your muscles to the maximum so that your muscles are built. Life is like a gymnasium. The Creator plays the role of a tough fitness trainer. He challenges you in life so that you can build your spiritual muscle. The strength of character is born out of the obstacles that you overcome. Do not ask for an easy life; otherwise, your life will become like the marble on the floor – still and lifeless.
