Part 1 of his podcast series will cover a basic understanding of our mind, with an emphasis on life’s essential facts. This basic understanding will give you the right perspective and create a solid foundation in your thinking. This knowledge will also enable you with self-confidence, which will assist you with the practice defined in every chapter.
This episode will cover how to develop Self-Confidence and Self-Image. Many of us would like to have higher self-confidence but we struggle to overcome our insecurities, fears, and negative self-talk. With some reflection, hard work, and perhaps a shift in perception, we can work toward a stable and robust belief in ourselves. Our self-image depends on how much potential we utilize. The amount of potential we use will manifest in our quality of performance. Our quality of performance directly contributes to the size and health of our self-image. Finally, our self-image’s size and health determine how much potential we utilize or need to utilize.
We have concluded Part I of this podcast series and gained a strong foundation. These learnings are going to set the tone for the subsequent episodes and part II topics will help you in developing excellent and consistent habits.
