It took me a minute, but before fall has completely left us I have part three ready for you! This part is all about “vision casting”. This mindset shift has played an intricate role in my own physical healing and growth as well and my spiritual and mental well-being.

I share all three in this episode. A time when I used vision casting to create a new physical state, one where I needed help through a mentally stressful time, and last a time when I used vision casting to create a way through grief & the spiritual warfare it seemed to bring.

I believe in this practice. I know how scary it can feel to trust God with what is most precious and fragile.. while things may not always be how we think they should or how we long for them to be… A victory is the reason we’re each here. And if it’s not a victory yet.. it’s not the end.
