Lent, a tradition for many Catholic and Christian religions is one of my personal favorite spiritual rhythms to observe.
As a member of The Church of Latter Day Saints, I find so much meaning in linking arms with God as I prune the outside noise of my life and nurture a deeper relationship with Jesus, my Savior.
40 days until Easter, I’d love for you to join me in creating an intentional and meaningful Lent practice! Listen in for the simple version. ;)

December is known for its overwhelm in my circles of women.
Financial expectations, Christmas magic making, events, long dark days, it can be a lot!
But, what if today you could create a vision for your 12/31 self and actually make it happen. What if you could have the December of your actual dreams?!
I’m trying it out.
and so far.. it’s working.
I’ll show you how!
This week we're studying Bathsheba & Rahab. Both incredibly courageous and faith filled women that I'm so inspired by. No matter what your road looks like today, you can rest in the assurance that you do not walk it alone. God will no abandon you. Your efforts matter. Your efforts scared, unsure, disappointed.. matter & count.
You are loved, heard & known.
Courtney
Bringing the spiritual practice of Advent into my December has a two-fold benefit. It brings more Jesus into my season and it helps me to fine tune the connection to God as I prepare not only to celebrate Christmas, but also to walk over the threshold into a new year.
Having those connection points strong with the Spirit and with my Savior & God helps me to make inspired decisions, intentions, goals, and reflections this time of year. And that is GOLD.
Whether you’re studying with us in a paper version, digital, or just needing a few minutes of thought provoking faith filled guidance and stillness, you’re in the right place.
YOU ARE LOVED!

The number one question I get asked lately is HOW TO JOURNAL. Most of you know how to journal, but it’s finding a why that matters that’s the real trick!
In my new 28 page guide diving into my 4 favorite types of journaling that go far beyond simply taking inventory of a day or keeping a record for your posterity, my goal is to turn even the biggest journaling skeptics into writers!
In this episode i’m sharing what techniques are in the guide and a little bit about why they are in my daily practices for wellbeing and why I keep coming back to them day after day.
Looking for the guide?! HERE it is!
This weeks meditation is a pause to consider type.
It seems like there are a million things calling for our attention, this week will likely be no different.
Taking a moment together to consider what is worth our attention this week, what isn’t, and how to feel good about where our minutes went every night as our heads hit the pillow.
