I am back after a brief hiatus!
At the moment I am juggling a full time corp job, a college course and bodybuilding so I thought it might be useful to document how I keep myself organised and stay on track. It even contains my top tips for meal prepping on the road!
I also touch on my views on motivation and why you can't rely on being motivated.
Hope you enjoy this episode
