PTBZ is a lifestyle/self improvement podcast hosted by AMarie Castillo and CJ Dunning. It is a weekly podcast designed to honor individuals and educate on topics of empowerment through their own self reflections. AMarie and CJ's goal is to encourage people to better themselves by bettering themselves all together. PTBZ will cover a variety of topics, from a neutral standpoint including: Manifestation, Empowerment, Sports, Health & Fitness, Dating, Beauty Hacks, and of course, Comedy!
