Basically this movie is about Bruce Springsteen's sister playing someone named Angela who loves summer camps. She arguably does not like people that attend camps that she is at though. She struggles to make friends.

Spoilers: to her credit she’s got major tenacity so she more or less achieves her goal. She puts a cat in a microwave but the cat is rescued so don’t even trip. Boring as fuck movie too, worse than the Mangler 2 and Xtro 2. It’s the new reigning champ of the gutter from here on. Def check it out!

Andy Billy & The Puppetmaster put in major work analyzing the sci-fi, straight-to-video film known as Xtro 2. Not exactly a resume highlight for Jan Michael Vincent, but here he is, stepping up to contend with some kind of vague yet extra-sticky, inter-dimensional science lab crisis. 

Xtro 2 was filmed in Vancouver back in the late 80’s. Around the time that the 21 Jump Street vibes were pretty much dead and the Mulder and Scully universe had not yet arrived to the 604. Not that you'd be able to tell it was shot here…since the whole thing takes place in some sort of windowless bunker that has the charisma of an Office Depot/Staples location.

Apparently The Puppetmaster is still figuring out how microphones work and his levels were a bit low at times. Also, if you hear strange audio artifacts in this episode, we decided to record the audio to VHS tape…as a ceremony of sorts in praise of OG straight-to-video media culture. You’ll hear some hiss that’s hard to miss.
