The children, parents and teachers are a crucial part of the education community.We are all in this together.We have our thoughts, situations and environment staying at home.Its time we ask powerful questions to ourselves which guide and take us through these times. No doubt problems are there but we also need to look at the side from where the ray of light comes. A light which tells us we are still safe and healthy, a ray which brightens our day through a smile, a ray which lights up our eyes at the sight of a movie a book or nature, a bright beam that reflects in the gratitude of imperfections. Pandemic may have turned our world a little darker but it's the ray of hope that will keep us going. How ,when and where are you seeing the light in your life?

Activities on imagination are my favourite part of Mind and ME classes. I love these activities and so do the kids. It stretches the mind to infinite possibilities working on the imaginative muscles which are often ignored. I am super excited to share with you two of my favourite imagination activities.I sincerely hope it adds that tangy twist to your classes.

This is a story about three sisters - Properina, Commola and Collectina. The purpose of sharing this story is to help children classify ( relate )names and words into the different categories of nouns.This story also focuses on the importance of knowledge,skills and interests.

The story is about a boy-Manu and how the concept of the biggest one digit,two digit and three digit number is introduced.The story also focuses on sustainable environment.How the money can be used to plant trees,build wells,set up forests ,waste management systems,health care and education facilities.It shifts the focus from building buildings or buying materials to taking care of nature.

If we talk about any type of language learning it involves the four basic skills which are listening, speaking, reading and writing.Listening is not given as much importance as the other skills because it is conveniently assumed to be the same as hearing.
