The children, parents and teachers are a crucial part of the education community.We are all in this together.We have our thoughts, situations and environment staying at home.Its time we ask powerful questions to ourselves which guide and take us through these times. No doubt problems are there but we also need to look at the side from where the ray of light comes. A light which tells us we are still safe and healthy, a ray which brightens our day through a smile, a ray which lights up our eyes at the sight of a movie a book or nature, a bright beam that reflects in the gratitude of imperfections. Pandemic may have turned our world a little darker but it's the ray of hope that will keep us going. How ,when and where are you seeing the light in your life?

Activities on imagination are my favourite part of Mind and ME classes. I love these activities and so do the kids. It stretches the mind to infinite possibilities working on the imaginative muscles which are often ignored.
