Each new generation of farmers and ranchers introduce new ideas and methods. When those new ideas run up against the traditional ways of a multigenerational operation, conflict is bound to happen.

Ryan Sullivan and his father began transitioning the farm to the younger generation in 2014. With respect, humility, and open conversation they continue to work together to build a stronger farm for themselves and future generations.
